Candie Chipmunk

Slappy's one-time rival from the episode "I Got Yer Can." She looks sweet and adorable on the outside, but on the inside, she is quite fiendish. Her attempts at getting Slappy to throw away that can (only to get it sent back to her) eventually drove her insane.
